Missions
At Elkridge Baptist Church, we believe that missions are not just an activity of the church—they are the heartbeat of a healthy, biblical church. From the earliest days of the New Testament, believers were called to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19), carrying the gospel from their neighborhoods to the ends of the earth.
Our church seeks to follow that same pattern by engaging in both local and global missions. Each year, a team from Elkridge travels to Montana to partner with a local church through evangelism, community outreach, children’s ministries, and hands-on service projects that strengthen gospel work in the region.
We also support ongoing missionary efforts in Thailand, helping advance the gospel and equip local believers to reach their communities with the love of Christ.
In addition, we participate in Operation Christmas Child, sending gifts and gospel hope around the world to children who might otherwise never hear the good news of Jesus.
Through these efforts—and many others—we seek to live out the truth that every believer and every church is called to be part of God’s global mission.
